Can our leather furniture be dyed a darker colour?

Comments:: Dear Earl : We have an eight-year old leather suite that is in good condition and the style still appeals. The only problem is that it is white. We are considering replacing it, but wonder if it is possible and practical to have it dyed a darker colour. Any advice? : Elizabeth
