What sort of construction materials and quality to you employ in your leather sofas and chairs?

* Quality of leather and processes used
* Quality of frame (e.g., kiln dried hardwoods w/ dowel and bolt fasteners
* Quality of cushions/springs (e.g., foam/down type, guage of spings and number of ties, etc.)
* Is vinyl used in ANY of the outer construction or is it 100% leather?
* Warranties, returns and service
